This full exterior renovation gave a tired ranch-style home a bold, clean new identity. From the repainted brick and new white siding to dark window trim and fresh landscaping, every detail was selected to modernize the curb appeal while respecting the structure’s original character.

Dark-framed windows were a key design choice, anchoring the home’s visual identity and giving it a refined, contemporary edge. The front entry was also reworked for symmetry and invitation, blending old and new in a way that dramatically increased the home’s street presence.

 

 

What was included in the project?

We completed a full exterior refresh including power washing, painting, siding replacement, and aesthetic upgrades, all aimed at increasing home value and visual impact.
